About Hightouch

Hightouch is the leading data and AI platform for marketing, growth, and digital teams at the world’s most iconic brands. More than 1,000 enterprises—including PetSmart, the NBA, Spotify, GameStop, and WeightWatchers—use Hightouch to power their customer and revenue engines.

Our Customer Data Platform enables all business users — marketing, advertising, growth, channel, product, analytics — to directly access unified customer data to power their day-to-day operations. We are a “layer” that enables users to bridge the gap between their central data systems like data warehouses and their mission-critical business tools, like CRMs, marketing automation, ad networks, and operational systems.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Hightouch is funded by top investors and has offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. We’ve grown 10x+ in the past two years and are looking to expand across all teams after raising a Series C at a $1B+ valuation.

About The Role

What you’ll own:

You’ll be a product leader on the Control Plane team, which owns all horizontal features across the entire Hightouch product suite. You will be responsible for crafting the foundational building blocks used every day by our enterprise customers to operate and deploy Hightouch across their organization. You’ll work on some of our hardest platform challenges, like problems related to:

  1. Core Workflows: managing core resources, environments, navigation, notifications, lineage
  2. Administration: roles & permissions, workspace structure, reporting, security & compliance
  3. Other Foundations: 3rd party extensions, internal tooling, APIs, billing

Why This Role Matters:

This role owns the roadmap for solving problems that impact the entire Hightouch platform. You will play a critical part enabling Hightouch to service enterprise customers at scale and grow as a multi-product, “compound” startup. The majority of our growth will come from expanding into the biggest brands in the world, which are disproportionally impacted by admin and workflow-related problems that Control Plane tackles. Delivering a coherent and elegant product is crucial.

What you’ll do:

We’re looking to find a PM who can obsess over building a world-class platform that can unlock enterprise growth and unblock multi-SKU expansion. The Product Manager will drive 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution across the entire Control Plane portfolio. You'll be fully accountable for both product adoption and go-to-market success. You’ll be in a high-visibility role, presenting frequently to customers and helping solution the challenges of our large enterprise customers.

You'll join a world-class Product team that doesn't just talk about innovation—we live and breathe it. We're the team that invented Reverse ETL and pioneered the Composable architecture, fundamentally transforming the CDP landscape. As we've evolved into a multi-product powerhouse, we've maintained a lean, high-impact Product team where each PM is a true owner, independently driving their product area and delivering direct business impact.

About You

  • Customer Obsession: You don't just understand customers—you are a relentless customer champion. Your superpower is the ability to forge deep connections, intuitively anticipating needs before customers can even articulate them.
  • Technical aptitude: More than just understanding technical concepts, you're a translator who turns complex engineering challenges into elegant, accessible solutions. You speak both engineer and user fluently.
  • Strong Communicator: Your communication isn't just clear—it's magnetic. You can distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire teams and resonate with users, turning insights into action.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
